Hello
Sorry Andy, i wasnt have a dig at you. You always give us an ace place when we play so respect to ya. I was on about Solid gigs mainly. But then again, we cant sell tickets so we have to play below everyone.
Cheers

does anyone know how you spell that noise you make when you put your tongue in your chin with the intention of calling someone 'not so clever'?

Organising the gig gives you no rights over any other bands. The line-up should always be in the interest of the gig, not the individual bands.
Plus, it would seem that most of our equipment is being used. Now, that's not a problem...we're happy to let others use it. We could even double up the PA speakers to beef out the sound with my new ones if needed.
This isnt an L2Y ego trip..it's a fact that you have to appreciate some kind of order of establishment. Which is why we thought that Greenacre should play above both of us.
This needs sorting now, because the fliers have been done in this order. So the line-up order should have been done before i did it and sent them to one of The Beatles.
I'm not going to fall out with anyone over this needlessly, but I'm fixed on it...no matter what the rest of the band think.
If we were the only GY band playing, yeah, we'd open...because that's just the way it goes. And you lot expecting to go above Greenacre, who are the best band on the bill anyway, is just taking the piss a bit.
I'd like to hear Ants comments on it.

And, it's not actually Ants night. I seem to remember him saying how he does it for the rock night goers.
If it's a personal thing then I dont want any involvement in it anyways.
PS - Check out www.amplifythis.co.uk/miocene_5.html for a review of our Miocene gig. Then decide. New Seatle anyone?
Plus Tripswitch love us and they're loads harder than you. So fuck off.
